Hanoi: Vietnam always values and gives high priority to relations with India - a loyal, trusted, and longstanding friend with deep historical and cultural ties, National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man said while receiving newly appointed Indian Ambassador to Vietnam Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa in Hanoi on June 23.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting highlighted the importance Vietnam places on its relationship with India. Chairman Tran Thanh Man reiterated the strong bonds between the two nations and emphasized Vietnam's commitment to strengthening these ties. The meeting with Ambassador Sherpa marks a continued effort to enhance diplomatic relations and cooperation across various sectors.
