Hanoi: Vietnamese Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang held talks with State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Volfovich Aleksandr Grigorievich on December 3 in Hanoi, where they also signed a protocol to establish a joint working group to expand and strengthen cooperation in security.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting between the two officials focused on enhancing bilateral collaboration in the security sector. The protocol they signed aims to lay the groundwork for the establishment of a joint working group. This initiative is expected to facilitate more coordinated efforts in addressing security concerns and fostering a closer partnership between Vietnam and Belarus.
