Hanoi: Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai received Vice Chairperson of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Xian Hui in Hanoi on June 8.
