Hanoi: Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung bilaterally met with his counterparts from Panama, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Qatar during the 59th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting (AMM-59) in Manila, Philippines, on July 24.

According to Vietnam News Agency, these meetings were part of a broader effort to strengthen bilateral relationships and cooperation between Vietnam and these nations. The discussions focused on enhancing economic partnerships, fostering collaboration in various sectors, and addressing mutual concerns on regional and global issues.

The meetings with Panama, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Qatar underline Vietnam's strategic diplomatic initiatives aimed at diversifying its international relations and expanding its influence and cooperation across different regions.
