Vietnam Day Showcases Culture, Heritage in North Macedonia’s Capital

Skopje: The 'Vietnam Day in Skopje 2026' event has been held in the heart of Skopje, bringing Vietnam's cultural heritage and contemporary image closer to the people of North Macedonia and international visitors. Held as part of the 47th Skopje Summer Festival, the June 30 event attracted nearly 300 residents and foreign guests. Under the theme 'Heritage - Harmony - Hospitality,' it showcased Vietnam through cultural performances, tourism promotion, exhibitions, and product displays.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event featured a variety of cultural performances that highlighted Vietnam's rich traditions and customs. Attendees had the opportunity to experience traditional dances, music, and artistic showcases that were meticulously organized to represent Vietnam's diverse cultural landscape. The event also provided a platform for tourism promotion, with exhibitions that offered insights into Vietnam's vibrant tourism sector.

The exhibitions also included product displays that featured Vietnamese craftsmanship and innovation. Visitors were given the chance to explore various Vietnamese products, which ranged from traditional handicrafts to modern goods, reflecting the blend of heritage and contemporary development in Vietnam.
