The PCA, which came into effect several years ago, lays a comprehensive framework for bilateral relations, covering various sectors such as trade, investment, and sustainable development.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening mutual ties and discussed strategies to address emerging global challenges. They highlighted the importance of collaboration in areas such as climate change, digital transformation, and regional security. By advancing their partnership, Vietnam and the EU aim to contribute positively to regional and global stability.
