Hanoi: President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) Assoc. Prof. Dr Doan Minh Huan recently held a working session with Dr. Leeber Leebouapao, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Lao Academy of Social and Economic Sciences (LASES), in Hanoi to discuss breakthrough ways for improving bilateral coordination.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing the quality of personnel training to support more effective policy enforcement in both countries. The leaders emphasized the importance of strategic collaboration and shared experiences to address mutual challenges in governance and economic development.
The discussions also highlighted the need for innovative training programs that are aligned with the evolving socio-economic contexts of Vietnam and Laos. Both parties agreed to continue their efforts in strengthening ties and exploring new opportunities for cooperation in education and research.
