Hanoi: Politburo member, Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee, and Chairman of its Organisation Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Politburo member, Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee, and head of its Organisation Commission Sisay Leudetmounsone held talks in Hanoi on July 28.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the discussions between the two leaders focused on enhancing cooperation between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, particularly in the area of party organisation. Both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening ties and sharing experiences to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of party organisation within their respective countries.

The meeting underscored the long-standing relationship between Vietnam and Laos, highlighting the commitment of both parties to continue working closely to address common challenges and promote mutual growth.
