Moscow: The Vietnam News Agency will host the 59th Executive Board Meeting of the Organisation of Asia-Pacific News Agencies (OANA) in Vietnam in 2027. This announcement was made by VNA General Director Vu Viet Trang, who also serves as Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Publicity.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the announcement was made at the 58th OANA Executive Board Meeting held in Moscow on September 20, which was hosted by Russia's TASS News Agency.

The decision to host the meeting reflects VNA's commitment to the development of OANA and to enhancing cooperation among its members, particularly in the context of the digital era.
