Vietnam Night Connects Businesses at Hannover Messe 2026 in Germany

Hannover: In the context of global supply chain shifts and the trend of de-risking, industrial and technological cooperation between Vietnam and Germany is becoming one of the top priorities in bilateral economic relations. The Vietnamese Embassy in Germany on April 21 organised the 'Vietnam Night' industrial and technology networking event on the sidelines of the Hannover Messe 2026 trade fair.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event was co-hosted with Hannoverimpuls, the business development agency for Hannover, and the Vietnam Association for Supporting Industries (VASI). This initiative aimed to strengthen the collaboration between Vietnamese and German businesses, fostering new partnerships and exploring opportunities in the industrial and technological sectors.

The event provided a platform for businesses from both countries to exchange ideas and discuss potential partnerships. It highlighted the importance of industrial and technological cooperation in navigating the challenges posed by shifting global supply chains and the need for de-risking strategies. The collaboration between Vietnam and Germany is expected to play a crucial role in enhancing economic ties and promoting sustainable industrial growth.
