Vietnam Showcases Economic Potential, Investment Opportunities in St. Petersburg

Hanoi: A seminar titled 'Vietnam Economic Day' was held on May 18 at the St. Petersburg State University of Economics as part of Vietnam Week in St. Petersburg. The event was jointly organised by the Embassy of Vietnam in Russia, the St. Petersburg Committee for External Relations, the St. Petersburg State University of Economics, and the 'Tradition and Friendship' Fund for Russia-Vietnam cooperation.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the seminar aimed to highlight Vietnam's economic potential and investment opportunities to Russian participants. It served as a platform for fostering economic collaboration between the two nations, focusing on sectors where mutual benefits can be maximized. The event was attended by key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and academics, who engaged in productive discussions on enhancing bilateral trade and investment.

The seminar is part of a series of activities under Vietnam Week in St. Petersburg, which seeks to strengthen cultural and economic ties between Vietnam and Russia.
