Vietnam: Vietnam treasures its traditional friendship with African countries, including Mauritania, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung told the Minister in charge of the General Secretariat of the Mauritanian Government, Moctar Al Housseynou LAM, at their meeting in Hanoi on July 16.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting highlighted Vietnam's commitment to strengthening ties with Mauritania. The discussions between the two officials focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation and exploring opportunities for mutual benefit. Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing collaboration in various sectors to further solidify the longstanding relationship between Vietnam and Mauritania.
