Hanoi: General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, met with US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Michael DeSombre in Hanoi on February 13 to discuss enhancing cooperation in security and law enforcement between Vietnam and the United States.
