Berlin:A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), led by Nguyen Xuan Thang, Chairman of the Central Council for Theoretical Studies, engaged in the 11th theoretical exchange with the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) representatives in Berlin on September 24.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the SPD delegation was headed by Alexander Schweitzer, Vice Chairman of the SPD and Chairman of the SPD parliamentary group at the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament.

The event was attended by leaders and representatives from both parties, various ministries, sectors, localities, and included experts and researchers from the Central Council for Theoretical Studies and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
