Hanoi: State President Luong Cuong and Bulgarian President Rumen Radev led high-level delegations from their respective countries in talks at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi on the morning of November 25. Prior to these discussions, the two leaders had a private meeting following the official welcome ceremony for President Radev.
According to Vietnam News Agency, after the talks, both leaders participated in a signing ceremony for cooperation documents between Vietnam and Bulgaria, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral relations. These documents aim to enhance cooperation in various fields, fostering closer ties between the two nations.
