Vietnamese, Chinese Youth Foster Ties in Carrying Forward Revolutionary Traditions

Nanning: A Vietnam-China youth presentation themed 'Inheriting the Red Gene' took place on February 10 in Nanning, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, with the participation of 150 young people from Vietnam's localities of Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang and Cao Bang, and China's Guangxi. The event enabled youth from both countries to exchange views, deepen awareness of their responsibility to uphold revolutionary traditions, and propose initiatives to make youth cooperation more substantive and aligned with the development needs of each locality and country in the new period.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the presentation served as a platform for young participants to engage in discussions and share experiences on how to effectively carry forward revolutionary traditions. The event emphasized the importance of fostering strong bilateral relations through youth initiatives and collaborations, which are seen as vital for the ongoing development and stability of both Vietnam and China.

The gathering highlighted the role of young people in promoting historical and cultural values, encouraging them to take an active part in preserving the legacy of revolutionary leaders. Participants were encouraged to come up with practical solutions and actionable plans that could strengthen youth cooperation across borders, ensuring that the future generation remains committed to the principles inherited from their predecessors.
