Athens: The Vietnamese Embassy, in collaboration with other ASEAN countries' embassies in Greece and the charity organisation 'Friends of Children', successfully co-organised the 4th ASEAN Plus Friends Bazaar in Athens on May 9-10. The event aimed to foster cultural exchange and strengthen ties between ASEAN member countries and their partners and friends.

According to Vietnam News Agency, this year's bazaar featured representatives from several ASEAN member countries, including Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Additionally, ASEAN partners and friends such as Japan, the Republic of Korea, Pakistan, and Bangladesh participated in the event. The Honorary Consulate of Malaysia in Greece and the Greece - ASEAN Business Council also took part, highlighting the diverse range of participants.

The event served as a platform for promoting cultural understanding and cooperation among the participating nations. It provided an opportunity for attendees to experience the rich cultural heritage and traditions of the ASEAN region through various activities and displays. The collaboration among the embassies and organisations underscored the importance of unity and friendship in addressing regional and global challenges.
