Pyongyang: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam and General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong Un held talks in Pyongyang on October 9 morning (local time). Party General Secretary To Lam is on a state visit to DPRK and to attend a ceremony celebrating the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) from October 9 -11.
