New York:Vietnamese top leader To Lam has received the Foreign Policy Association (FPA) Medal, the highest honor given by the FPA.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the medal was presented by Henry Fernandez, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the FPA, to General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President of Vietnam, To Lam.

The award recognizes individuals who demonstrate a spirit of responsible internationalism and contribute to broadening public understanding of international affairs. The presentation took place during To Lam's attendance at the Foreign Policy Association event in New York on the morning of September 22.
