Khanh hoa: The Vietnam People's Navy initiated the 2026 International Naval Cadet Training Exchange Programme (INCATEP 2026) in Khanh Hoa province. The programme commenced on August 24 and brings together nearly 50 naval officers, instructors, and cadets from 12 countries, including Australia, Cambodia, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand.

According to Vietnam News Agency, INCATEP 2026 is designed to promote solidarity, mutual respect, and friendship among the participating nations. This initiative aims to enhance cooperation and understanding between the naval forces of these countries, providing a platform for knowledge exchange and collaborative training.
