Vietnamese Students Shine at Huawei ICT Competition

Hanoi: Vietnamese students won major prizes at the Huawei ICT Competition Global Final 2025-2026, which concluded in Shenzhen, China's Guangdong province, on June 5. The VN.FPTIT team, comprising Duong Van Hiep, Bui Anh Duc, and Nguyen Minh Toan from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and FPT University Hanoi, secured the first prize in the Computing Track. Meanwhile, the ProPTIT team, consisting of Han Huu Dang, Tran Hai Long, and Bui The Vinh Nguyen from PTIT, won the second prize in the Cloud Track.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the competition witnessed participation from students worldwide, showcasing their skills in various ICT domains. The Vietnamese teams demonstrated exceptional talent and knowledge, outperforming numerous competitors to achieve top honors in their respective categories. The performance of these students highlights the growing competence and expertise of Vietnamese students in the global ICT arena.

The Huawei ICT Competition is a prestigious event aimed at fostering innovation and technical skills among young ICT talents globally.
