Hanoi: The Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and the Communist Party of China (CPC) can learn much from each other in Party building and management as well as state governance, a Chinese scholar has said. Responding to a question raised by the Vietnam News Agency's correspondent at a seminar hosted by the China Public Diplomacy Association in Beijing on July 23, Prof. Zheng Huan from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, said closer exchanges and practical cooperation will help deepen relations between the two countries.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the seminar emphasized the importance of mutual learning between the CPV and CPC to enhance bilateral ties. The discussions highlighted that effective exchanges and practical collaborations could contribute significantly to the relationship between Vietnam and China. Prof. Zheng Huan noted that both parties have opportunities to enrich their respective processes in governance and management through shared experiences and knowledge.
