Vladivostok Bus Stop Renamed to Honor Ho Chi Minh

Hanoi: The Consulate General of Vietnam, in collaboration with Vladivostok city authorities and the Vietnam Friendship Association in Russia's Primorye region, organized a flower-laying ceremony to officially rename the 'Sportivnaya' bus stop to 'Ho Chi Minh Park' in Vladivostok city. This event commemorated the 81st anniversary of Vietnam's August Revolution and National Day.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the ceremony was attended by Vietnamese Consul General Nguyen Viet Kien, President of the Primorye region association of friendship with Vietnam Evgeny Vlasov, members of the Vietnamese Association in Primorye, students, and numerous Vietnamese residents in the region. The renaming serves as a testament to the enduring friendship between Vietnam and Russia and highlights the historical ties between the two nations.
