Water from “Huai Chiang Kham Reservoir” overflows and floods Wapi Pathum, damaging 4,000 rai

After the Huai Chiang Kham Reservoir in Non Rasi Subdistrict, Borabue District, Maha Sarakham Province was damaged for a length of 50 meters, causing a mass of water to overflow into agricultural areas and residential areas of the people over a wide area, the latest water volume flowing into Wapi Pathum District affected 6 subdistricts, 39 villages, 6 houses were affected, 3 roads were flooded, and approximately 4,728 rai of agricultural land.

At present, the condition of Ban Pla Boo has become an island surrounded by water. Rural Highway 4042 is temporarily closed to traffic, preventing small vehicles from driving through.
