Seoul: The World Coffee Heritage Forum officially commenced at the World Coffee Museum in Dak Lak province on April 18. This event aims to strengthen international collaborations in promoting the heritage of coffee. The forum is organized by the Dak Lak provincial People's Committee, in partnership with UNESCO, Trung Nguyen Legend, and other partners. According to Vietnam News Agency, the forum featured 14 presentations that addressed four primary topics: the history of coffee on a global scale, the processes involved in coffee cultivation and production, the culture of coffee consumption worldwide, and the progression of coffee heritage. Additionally, the discussions highlighted good practices in the protection and sustainable development of coffee heritage.
