Yen Bai: The northern mountainous province of Yen Bai aims to complete the eradication of temporary and dilapidated homes by September this year. The province aims to support 2,208 homes, with an estimated cost of 120.69 billion VND (4.7 million USD). As of March 28, the province had commenced the construction of 2,087 homes, reaching 94.5% of the target, with 1,728 new houses and 359 repaired homes.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the initiative reflects the province’s commitment to improving living conditions for its residents. The rapid progress indicates a strong focus on achieving the target within the stipulated timeframe. The project is part of a broader effort to enhance infrastructure and socio-economic development in the region.
