Hanoi: Politburo member and President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Doan Minh Huan hosted a reception for a delegation of young leaders from the Communist Party of Vietnam, Lao People's Revolutionary Party, and Cambodian People's Party in Hanoi on August 22. The delegation is in Hanoi to attend the fourth training programme for young leaders of the three parties.
