Health declaration service integrated into safe tourism app

Mobile app “Du lich Viet Nam an toan” (Safe Vietnam Travel) now allows users to complete a health declaration form without switching to another platform, according to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

The new integrated service connects directly to the health declaration management system operated by the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control. This makes it easy and fast for users to complete the form online and improves the efficiency of the Committee’s COVID-19 response.

The mobile app also gives users a digital map with information about restaurants, hotels, apartments, entertainment venues, transportation providers, hospitals, and pharmacies, and a way to look up current COVID-19 statistics at any destination they might be thinking of visiting.

The Safe Vietnam Travel app was launched last October, and is available in Vietnamese or English at http://vietnamtourism.gov.vn/live.
