Hanoi:The 2026 Asia-Pacific Regional Dialogue on Heritage and Authenticity wrapped up in Hanoi on September 30 after three days of discussions. The event was held from September 27 to October 1 in both Hanoi and Ninh Binh province.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the dialogue concluded with the adoption of the Hanoi Document on Heritage and Authenticity. This document serves as the Asia-Pacific region's contribution to the ongoing global dialogue on these topics and builds upon previous key frameworks, including the 1964 Venice Charter, the 1994 Nara Document, and the 2025 Nairobi Outcome Document.
Following the closing session, participants traveled to Ninh Binh for field trips to Tam Chuc Pagoda and the Trang An Landscape Complex, with visits scheduled for September 30 and October 1.
