Phnom penh: Leading Cambodian scholars gathered at a seminar organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in Phnom Penh to discuss Vietnam's recent achievements and future development orientation under the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)'s leadership.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event concentrated on major directions anticipated to be set at the upcoming 14th National Party Congress. Furthermore, the seminar highlighted the special friendship and cooperation between the CPV and the Cambodian People's Party (CPP).
