Hanoi: The Italian Trade Agency (ITA), in collaboration with the Italian Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association (UCIMA), has unveiled a new business acceleration platform named OpportunItaly at the ongoing 19th International Exhibition on Processing and Packaging Technology (ProPak Vietnam 2026) in Ho Chi Minh City. The platform is a joint initiative co-run by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ITA.

According to Vietnam News Agency, OpportunItaly aims to foster business growth and enhance trade relations between Italy and Vietnam by providing a strategic platform for businesses to accelerate their operations and expand their market reach. The platform will serve as a conduit for knowledge exchange and collaboration between Italian companies and international partners attending the ProPak Vietnam 2026 event.

The launch at ProPak Vietnam 2026 signifies Italy's commitment to strengthening its presence and partnerships in the Vietnamese market, particularly in the processing and packaging technology sectors. The initiative is expected to facilitate increased dialogue and cooperation, enabling businesses to leverage the latest technological advancements and industry insights.
