Mr. Kornthinan Damrongwetchawanich, the recipient of the 'Financial Adviser of the Year' award, started his career with no background in finance or life insurance. However, because he loves reading and is ready to learn, he tried to research and study more knowledge from both the company's courses and financial books. He was able to achieve the MDRT qualification in 2014-2016 (3 consecutive years).
