Can tho: A delegation of the National Assembly (NA), led by Vice Chairman Vu Hong Thanh, extended greetings to the Khmer people in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho on April 3 on the occasion of the 2026 Chol Chnam Thmay Festival. During the visit, the delegation offered New Year wishes at Huynh Cuong Ethnic Minority Boarding High School, and visited Khmer residents in Tan Th?nh commune and monks at Som Rong pagoda.
