According to Vietnam News Agency, the delegation comprised an esteemed group of individuals, including generals, Heroes of the People’s Armed Forces, intelligence officers, members of the Saigon special forces, guerrillas, former youth volunteers, and wartime logistics personnel. These individuals were recognized for their diverse contributions during the campaign, which was instrumental in shaping the course of Vietnam’s history.
