Photo Exhibition Marks National Action Month for Gender Equality.

Hanoi: A photo exhibition in celebration of the National Action Month for Gender Equality and Gender-based Violence Prevention and Response opened in Hanoi on November 27. The exhibition, jointly organised by the Ministry of Public Security (MoPSC) and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), will run until December 10 at the People’s Public Security Museum.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the exhibition aims to raise awareness and promote action against gender-based violence. It features a collection of photographs that highlight both the challenges faced in achieving gender equality and the progress made in preventing and responding to gender-based violence. The event is part of a broader national effort to engage the community and foster a culture of respect and equality.

The collaboration between MoPSC and UN Women underscores the importance of multilateral efforts in addressing gender-related issues. The exhibition serves as a platform for dialogue and ed
