Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a dialogue with businesses from the Republic of Korea (RoK) in Hanoi on March 4. Deputy PMs Ho Duc Phoc and Nguyen Chi Dung joined the event.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the dialogue aimed to strengthen economic ties between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea. The meeting provided a platform for Korean businesses to discuss opportunities and challenges in the Vietnamese market with government officials.
The discussion covered various sectors, including technology, manufacturing, and services, as Korean enterprises expressed interest in expanding their operations in Vietnam. Both sides emphasized the importance of mutual cooperation to enhance trade and investment.
The dialogue is part of ongoing efforts to foster a favorable business environment for foreign investors in Vietnam, with the government committed to addressing concerns and facilitating smoother operations for international companies.
