Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, head of the Central Steering Committee on Housing Policy and the Real Estate Market, chaired the 5th meeting of the committee in Hanoi on January 13. The meeting was connected online with 34 provinces and cities nationwide.
