Hanoi: An exhibition, titled 'Colours of Friendship', opened its door in Hanoi on January 12, showcasing 69 works by contemporary artists from Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK). The week-long event is co-hosted by the Hanoi UNESCO Art Centre and the Korea International Art Exchange Association (K-Art).
According to Vietnam News Agency, the exhibition aims to foster cultural exchange and mutual understanding between the two nations through the medium of contemporary art. The showcased pieces highlight the unique artistic perspectives and cultural heritage of both Vietnamese and Korean artists, creating a vibrant dialogue between the different styles and themes.
The collaboration between the Hanoi UNESCO Art Centre and K-Art signifies a strengthening of artistic ties and offers a platform for artists from both countries to display their work to an international audience. This initiative not only enhances cultural appreciation but also encourages further artistic collaborations in the future.
