Quang ninh: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on January 27 visited and offered encouragement to officials and employees at the Quang Ninh Public Administration Service Centre. PM Chinh expressed his pleasure at returning to the centre after 13 years, since Vietnam's first public administration service centre model was established in Quang Ninh province. He noted that its staff have become more mature, experienced, confident and knowledgeable.

According to Vietnam News Agency, PM Chinh commended the employees for their dedication and the strides they have made in improving public administration services. His visit highlighted the government's support and recognition of the efforts put forth by the public servants in Quang Ninh. This visit also marked an important milestone, underscoring the progress and development achieved by the centre over the years.
