Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin in Hanoi on September 29. The Duma Chairman leads a high-level delegation of Russia to pay an official visit to Vietnam and co-chair the fourth meeting of the Vietnam-Russia Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee from September 28-29.
