Vientiane: Madame Ngo Phuong Ly, wife of Party General Secretary To Lam, and Madame Naly Sisoulith, wife of Party General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith, were present as guests of honour at the opening of the Vietnam Film Week in Vientiane. The event also featured a photo exhibition celebrating the bilateral ties between Vietnam and Laos.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the two distinguished guests toured a photo exhibition that highlighted the great friendship between the two countries. The exhibition showcased 50 valuable photographs capturing key milestones in the shared history of Vietnam and Laos, from their joint anti-colonial struggles to their comprehensive cooperation in national development and defence.
