Hanoi: State President Luong Cuong and United Nations Secretary-General Ant³nio Guterres co-chaired the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, also known as the Hanoi Convention, in Hanoi.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the ceremony marked a significant step in international efforts to combat cybercrime, bringing together a wide array of global leaders and representatives. The Hanoi Convention aims to enhance cooperation among countries to address the growing threat of cybercrime, emphasizing the need for a unified response to safeguard digital infrastructures worldwide.
