Moscow: Tra Su cajuput forest, located in the Mekong Delta’s Nui Cam commune in An Giang province, is renowned for its distinctive wetland ecosystem unique to the Southwest region of Vietnam. According to Vietnam News Agency, Tra Su forest is more than just a vital ecological component, serving as a “green lung” that helps regulate the environment. It is also a crucial biodiversity conservation area, home to numerous rare bird and aquatic species. The forest has emerged as a sought-after ecotourism destination, attracting both domestic and international tourists eager to explore and experience its natural beauty. The Vietnam Record Organization has recognized Tra Su as the “Most beautiful and famous cajuput forest in Vietnam for tourism during the flood season.”
