Hanoi: A television (TV) programme titled 'Shining Stars Leading the Way' was held in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Tuyen Quang, and Quang Tri on the evening of July 26 to commemorate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, which falls on July 27. Party General Secretary and State President To Lam, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung, and other Party and State leaders attended the program at the Hanoi location. National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu participated in the event at Le Thi Rieng Park, Ho Chi Minh City.
