Hanoi: Prof. Dr Nguyen Xuan Thang, Chairman of the Central Theory Council, received a visiting delegation of Japan’s Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) led by Acting Secretary-General Koichi Hagiuda in Hanoi on July 21.
