Hanoi: Vietnamese Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung held a working session with Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Al Safadi in Hanoi on November 13 to plan the next steps following King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein’s official visit to Vietnam. Trung said Vietnamese leaders praised King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein’s visit from November 12-13 with concrete, substantive and forward-looking discussions on shaping the future of bilateral relations.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting focused on building upon the successful outcomes of King Abdullah’s visit, highlighting the mutual intention to enhance cooperation between Vietnam and Jordan in various sectors. Both ministers expressed their commitment to implementing the agreements reached during the royal visit, which aimed at fostering stronger diplomatic and economic ties.
