Vietnamese Top Leader Speaks at Sri Lankan Parliament

Colombo: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam delivered a speech at the Sri Lankan Parliament in Colombo on May 8 as part of his state visit to Sri Lanka.
