Yen Bai: The northwestern mountainous province of Yen Bai has set a clear goal to eradicate temporary and dilapidated housing by August 30, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Huy Tuan said at a conference reviewing the housing support programme for low-income households in 2023-2024 and launching the project to eliminate the above-said housing conditions for 2025.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the initiative is part of a broader effort to improve living conditions for residents in the region. The housing support programme aims to address the needs of low-income households, ensuring they have access to safe and stable housing. The project is expected to significantly enhance the quality of life for many families in Yen Bai by providing them with permanent housing solutions.
